Using a pencil and a ruler, once you have traced the mark from the heel to the big toe or, to the longest toe, take the measurement and then compare it with the size chart. This gives you the length of your foot in centimeters (Cm).
Notice: For Sports & Running Shoes Like Adidas & Puma add 1-1.5 centimeters to the length. This will give you the correct length to match the right shoe size guide. This extra space gives your feet room to warm up and expand during your run.

The adidas Multigame 2026 Racket Bag has all of the features you'd want in a high-caliber padel bag, with specific Ale Galan visual callouts. There are two racket storage compartments on either side, both thermo-insulated for protection against extreme weather. The exterior of both racket compartments features two zippered pouches, ideal for smaller items and quick-access. Underneath the bottom of the bag is a shoe tunnel, which is a great way to store your shoes on the go before or after playing. The main storage compartment is quite spacious, and is a great place to store larger items like water bottles, changes of clothes, cans of balls, etc. Additionally, there is a smaller, flat compartment on the top side of the main storage compartment that has good functionality for smaller items that need to be accessed quickly (think overgrips, racket straps, etc.). Lastly up top is a small tricot-lined pocket for valuables and other small items.
