Using a pencil and a ruler, once you have traced the mark from the heel to the big toe or, to the longest toe, take the measurement and then compare it with the size chart. This gives you the length of your foot in centimeters (Cm).
Notice: For Sports & Running Shoes Like Adidas & Puma add 1-1.5 centimeters to the length. This will give you the correct length to match the right shoe size guide. This extra space gives your feet room to warm up and expand during your run.

The Diamond Oversize shape offers higher balance and a larger hitting surface, increasing power on offensive shots and making control easier throughout the rally. Soft Performance EVA and fiberglass provide a comfortable feel and consistent ball output, while the Smart Holes Curve design helps generate more spin on every shot. This light and balanced racket enables quicker, smoother movements, helping beginner players improve their game and gain confidence from the first point. And this year, as a major new feature, we are adding an adjustable rope cord to our paddles for a better grip on the wrist.
