Using a pencil and a ruler, once you have traced the mark from the heel to the big toe or, to the longest toe, take the measurement and then compare it with the size chart. This gives you the length of your foot in centimeters (Cm).
Notice: For Sports & Running Shoes Like Adidas & Puma add 1-1.5 centimeters to the length. This will give you the correct length to match the right shoe size guide. This extra space gives your feet room to warm up and expand during your run.

They're built for endurance with an upper made of synthetic material and ReBOTL™ fabric, containing at least 50% recycled plastic. The stability of a rubber lug tread pattern is designed for trail-hugging traction. The high-cushion GreenStride™ midsole is made from an EVA blend derived from at least 65% natural renewable materials, sugar cane, and rubber tapped from trees, helping deliver comfort that’s always with you.
