Using a pencil and a ruler, once you have traced the mark from the heel to the big toe or, to the longest toe, take the measurement and then compare it with the size chart. This gives you the length of your foot in centimeters (Cm).
Notice: For Sports & Running Shoes Like Adidas & Puma add 1-1.5 centimeters to the length. This will give you the correct length to match the right shoe size guide. This extra space gives your feet room to warm up and expand during your run.

Featuring a Premium Timberland® Leather upper lined with ReBOTL™ canvas containing at least 50% recycled plastic, it has a cushioned EVA footbed and a rubber outsole made from 55% regenerative farming. Timberland supports responsible leather manufacturing through the Leather Working Group.
