Using a pencil and a ruler, once you have traced the mark from the heel to the big toe or, to the longest toe, take the measurement and then compare it with the size chart. This gives you the length of your foot in centimeters (Cm).

- The SL 72 shoes were first introduced by adidas in 1972 as part of the SL (Super Light) range of running shoes. The SL 72 was designed as a lightweight racing shoe, and this modern version honours that sporting heritage. They feature a lightweight nylon upper with soft suede overlays and a low-profile rubber outsole. The distinctive, retro-style SL 72 logo on the side is a nod to the original.
